We guarantee a response to a reported maintenance problem within 24 hours after a service request is made in writing. If we do not respond within this time, you will not pay rent. A rent credit will be issued on your next month’s rent for each day or portion of a day which exceeds the 24-Hour Guarantee period.
This is our pledge to you, a resident of a Gorman & Company community.
This guarantee applies to all routine repair items. Exceptions include cosmetic finishes, damage caused by resident, repair parts that are difficult to obtain, unusual or unforeseen structural items such as settling buildings and roof repairs. On weekends and holidays, only emergency work orders are included in this guarantee.
