Affordable Housing Finance magazine released its Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers list, an annual and national ranking, naming Gorman & Company ninth in 2022!
Through financing and supply chain challenges, Gorman & Company continued to deliver quality, affordable, and workforce housing nationwide. In 2022, they initiated the construction of nearly 1,200 new affordable housing units and successfully completed over 600 units!
